Does the modern pace of life allow us to eat normally?

Todays’ pace of living is very fast. Is it possible to eat normally under these circumstances? How can governments help people to eat healthy food without spending a lot of time on it?

The more vain our everyday life is, the less we pay attention to the little things and lose the pleasure of life. One of such vital little thing is food. Everyone chooses the pace of their lives, but the modern world needs constant activity. Which is better to choose: your own health in the future or compliance with the modern world? Therefore I want to talk about it.

To begin with, I wanted to consider the pace of life that people live now. Although almost all people now live in self-isolation, this does not mean that they have more time for food, sports or anything else. On my own example I can say that this is so. Online learning takes a lot of time and that's why I often forget about breakfast and sometimes even other meals.

But is it still the result of a way of life or one's own choice?Obviously, my lifestyle depends on my choice and if I wanted to eat on time, correctly and usefully I would do it. In other words, all people eat the way they want and how they feel comfortable, and the lack of time is, in my opinion, just an excuse.

How can governments help people to eat healthy food without spending a lot of time on it?

First, the government can make healthy food more affordable and cheaper, which will help people save a lot of time and money.

Advertising campaigns such as "a well-fed, healthy person is the future of the state" would also be appropriate.

To summarise, I want to say that food is a person's choice, and lack of time is an excuse. So let's remember that everything depends on us and try to improve.
