A letter of complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the service at your online store. On April 21, 2021, I ordered a pair of sneakers. I chose your site on the recommendation of friends, as well as positive feedback on the Internet.

Firstly, your store sent me a pair of sneakers of the wrong size. They are too small for me. I had ordered size 37 and received 36.

In addition, the sneakers were left in 3 weeks, instead of the promised 4 days.

I understand that mistakes do happen. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could return money or exchange the good. I look forward to your reply and the resolution of my problem and will wait until the end of the month before seeking help from a Consumer Protection Agency.
